This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about you when you visit our website at pinyonrestaurant.com (the “Site”) or interact with our services, including online reservations, online ordering, gift card purchases, newsletter sign-up, private event inquiries, and in-restaurant operations.

By using our Site or services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

Reservations: Name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time preferences, special occasion details, and dining preferences. Reservations are managed through SevenRooms (sevenrooms.com).
Online Ordering: Name, delivery or pick-up address, email address, phone number, and payment card information. Online orders are processed through Toast (order.toasttab.com). Pinyon does not store your full payment card details; they are handled by Toast’s PCI-compliant payment processing.
Gift Cards: Name and payment information. Gift cards are processed through Givex (wwws-usa1.givex.com).
Newsletter Sign-Up: Email address. Our newsletter is managed through Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC). By submitting your email, you consent to receive marketing communications from Pinyon. Your email address will be stored on Mailchimp’s servers and processed in accordance with Mailchimp’s privacy policy (mailchimp.com/legal/privacy). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Private Event & Contact Inquiries: Name, email address, phone number, event details, and any other information you include in your message to scottsdale@pinyonrestaurant.com or through the SevenRooms private event inquiry form.
Employment Applications: Information you provide when applying for a position through our careers portal (managed by Paylocity). Please review Paylocity’s privacy policy for details on how your application data is handled.
