Pinyon joins Arizona Chef’s Week, a statewide celebration ofArizona’s chef-driven restaurants.
Chef Erika Gonzalez has crafted a three-course Mediterranean prix fixe menu drawing from the flavorsand traditions of coastal Italy. Rock Shrimp & Calamari Fritto Misto, Tuscan Bone-in Strip or Atlantic Swordfish Piccata and Ice Cream & Pignoli.
