Pinyon’s daily happy hour brings elevated coastal Mediterranean cooking and craft cocktails to Old Town Scottsdale, every day from 3–7pm at our upstairs and downstairs bars overlooking Scottsdale Civic Center Park.
Built on the same approach as our sister restaurant Buck & Rider, named Top Happy Hour Spot in the 2026 Arizona Restaurant Association Foodist Awards, Pinyon’s happy hour delivers house-made hummus, Mediterranean shareables, raw bar, and craft cocktail program guests come for at dinner, at special prices. Sip $11 spritzes and signature cocktails, $10 highballs, $8 wines, and $7 drafts while you graze through freshly shucked oysters ($2.75 each), chilled Oishii shrimp, rotating shareables, and the house-made Hummusiya menu with warm pita baked fresh daily.
